What is MATCHREAD?
MATCHREAD is a private squash match-analysis service for Parents and developing athletes.
What report types are available?
Post-Match Review, Point-by-Point Analysis, and Pre-Match Analysis & Match Strategy.
What does Point-by-Point Analysis cover?
Breaks down key rallies, scoring patterns, shot selection, and on-court decisions throughout the match to identify the factors shaping match momentum and areas for improvement.
Can I choose the report language?
Yes. Phase 1 supports English and Chinese report language selection.
What video should I upload?
Upload MP4 or MOV match footage that clearly shows the relevant player, court, and rally context.
Can I upload multiple videos?
Yes. MATCHREAD supports multiple private match videos where needed for the selected service.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days after required materials and payment confirmation are complete.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds may be accepted before analysis begins. After analysis begins, refunds are generally not discretionary, subject to listed exceptions.
Can I request corrections?
Factual correction requests should be submitted within 7 days after report delivery.
How does MATCHREAD handle minors?
A Parent, guardian, or appropriately authorized adult manages the account and submissions. Under-14 athletes receive a dedicated Guardian Consent flow.
How long is raw video kept?
The policy target is up to 60 days after report completion. Automated deletion is not claimed in this Beta batch.
Is my private footage used for AI training?
Private customer footage is not used by default for general-purpose AI model training.
Is private footage used for public marketing?
Private footage is not used by default for public marketing or social media without appropriate authorization.
Does MATCHREAD run a public minor-athlete database?
No. MATCHREAD does not operate a public minor-athlete scouting database.
What does Pre-Match Analysis & Match Strategy cover?
It analyzes match footage, observable technical characteristics, tactical tendencies, and key match patterns to prepare for the next match.
