Guardian Consent Information

MATCHREAD requests a dedicated Parent/Guardian confirmation when a Parent creates or first uses an athlete who is identified as under age 14 based on available date-of-birth or age-group information.

• The user confirms they are the minor athlete's parent, guardian, or another adult with appropriate legal authority.
• The user confirms they reviewed the applicable privacy rules.
• The user consents to MATCHREAD processing necessary minor-athlete personal information to provide the selected match-analysis service.

• Marketing consent.
• General-purpose AI model training consent.
• Public case-study or social-media permission.
• Standalone cross-border consent, which remains pending legal review.

MATCHREAD stores a versioned audit record identifying who consented, the athlete, the consent type, the applicable policy and notice versions, and the consent time.
