Refund & Cancellation Policy

MATCHREAD provides non-physical analysis services. After payment succeeds and complete match materials are submitted, service is considered started. Refunds are not supported after service starts. If MATCHREAD cannot complete the service for reasons caused by MATCHREAD, a full refund will be provided.

• MATCHREAD cannot provide the service.
• Duplicate payment.
• Incorrect charge.
• Applicable mandatory legal rights.

If the uploaded video is unusable or required information is missing, MATCHREAD may request replacement or correction. After complete materials and payment confirmation, MATCHREAD will deliver the report within 48 hours. Factual correction requests should be submitted within 7 days after report delivery. Disagreement with tactical or technical judgment does not automatically constitute refund eligibility.
