Before analysis begins, a cancellation or refund request may be accepted.

After analysis begins, MATCHREAD generally does not provide discretionary refunds.

• MATCHREAD cannot provide the service.
• Duplicate payment.
• Incorrect charge.
• Applicable mandatory legal rights.

If the uploaded video is unusable or required information is missing, MATCHREAD may request replacement or correction before evaluating any refund request. Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days. Factual correction requests should be submitted within 7 days after report delivery. Disagreement with tactical or technical judgment does not automatically constitute refund eligibility.
