MATCHREAD Minor Personal Information Processing Rules

These rules apply to minor-athlete information processed by MATCHREAD, particularly information about athletes under age 14.

MATCHREAD expects a Parent, guardian, or appropriately authorized adult to create the account, submit athlete information, upload match footage, and manage report delivery for a minor athlete.

• Athlete name, date of birth or age group, sport, country or region, handedness, coach name, rankings, and ratings where provided.
• Match information, clothing used for video identification, notes, selected report product, and report language.
• Private match footage and report data.

This information is used to identify the correct athlete and relevant footage, produce the selected match-analysis service, deliver the report, provide customer support, and protect system security.

• Access is limited by authenticated accounts, roles, private storage, and signed URLs.
• Raw video policy target: up to 60 days after report completion. Automated deletion is not claimed in this Beta batch.
• Cross-border processing exists because current confirmed Supabase infrastructure is West US (Oregon), USA, us-west-2.
• Guardian Consent is required in the product flow where MATCHREAD identifies that the athlete is under age 14.
• MATCHREAD does not operate a public minor-athlete scouting database.
• Processing is match-focused and is not intended to profile the athlete's private life.
