MATCHREAD China User Agreement

MATCHREAD provides private squash match-analysis services for Parents and developing athletes. Phase 1 Beta focuses on Parent-submitted match information, private video upload, report production, report delivery, and offline payment verification.

A Parent account is responsible for submitting accurate account, athlete, match, payment, and contact information. Where the athlete is a minor, the user must have appropriate authority to act for that athlete.

• Uploaded footage remains private and is used to provide the purchased match-analysis service.
• MATCHREAD does not create public video links for private match footage.
• Reports are private by default and are delivered to the authorized Parent account.
• Private customer footage is not used by default for public marketing, social media, or a public minor-athlete database.

Phase 1 uses offline payment verification. Estimated report delivery is 2-3 business days after required match materials and payment confirmation are complete.
