MATCHREAD Personal Information Processing Rules

MATCHREAD is operated by FINDINGSQUASH CORP. in Ontario, Canada. The China representative is 上海钦瀚教育科技（上海）有限公司. Privacy questions may be sent to matchread@gmail.com.

• Parent account information such as name, email, country or region, province or state, and city.
• Athlete information such as name, date of birth, age group, country or region, handedness, coach name, rankings, and ratings where provided.
• Match and submission information such as tournament, date, round, age group, clothing used for video identification, notes, selected report product, and report language.
• Private match video and related video metadata.
• Payment Proof information uploaded for offline payment verification.
• Report data and delivery records.
• CRM and customer-service data used for Beta operations and support.

MATCHREAD processes information to authenticate accounts, manage submissions, store private footage, produce and deliver reports, verify offline payments, provide customer service, protect system security, and maintain required operational records. MATCHREAD aims to collect only information necessary for the selected service.

Athlete information may involve minors. Information relating to athletes under age 14 receives special handling through the minor privacy rules and Guardian Consent flow. Match video, payment proof, and minor-athlete information may be sensitive and are access controlled.

MATCHREAD uses authenticated access, role-based permissions, private storage, and signed URLs for private videos and report files. Current confirmed Supabase infrastructure is West US (Oregon), USA, us-west-2, covering Auth, Database, Private Storage, and Signed URLs. Cross-border processing therefore exists. See the Cross-Border Data Processing Notice.

• Raw match video policy target: up to 60 days after report completion. Automated deletion is not claimed in this Beta batch.
• Final reports may remain available during account use.
• Payment Proof is kept only as necessary for verification, disputes, and legal obligations.
• Private customer footage is not used by default for general-purpose AI model training.
• MATCHREAD does not operate a public minor-athlete scouting database.
• Private videos are not used by default for advertising or social media without appropriate authorization.
